Bryn is Radio Northumberland’s Honourary Host! For the next three weeks, Bryn is trying his hand at the art of radio hosting. A local station who have featured him before, Radio Northumberland, are giving him three hourly slots to broadcast music from himself and other local artists, predominantly from Newcastle and the North East of England. The first show will be broadcast at 3pm on Saturday 29th and repeated same time on Sunday. Bryn would like to thank the radio station for this fantastic opportunity, and the coverage of himself and the artists.

Featured on the Show! Rach Lumb! At just 14 years of age, Rach Lumb has already proven herself to be a not only an astounding singer but a creative songwriter too. Originally singing as part of her brother’s band, Rach is now venturing as a solo artist. Static Soul! Static Soul are an incredible 5 piece electro-pop band really making waves in the North East. Their up-tempo vibes have led to them winning numerous talent shows and competitions as they continue to grow, both in identity and recognition. Their brand new EP, C8H11NO2 (don’t ask me how to pronounce it, or them!) is available to download now from their facebook page and is well worth checking out. 2013 promises to be a huge year for this band, so expect to hear more from them very soon. The pureness of Katie Glaister’s voice is something you can only be born with. At just 16, this singer/songwriter is already sourcing her own gigs. As well as being an astounding singer, Katie can play the guitar to an excellent standard and, at the age of 6, could speak three languages fluently, now that’s impressive! The raw talent Katie has will only grow and grow as she gains experience and confidence, and this is why Miss Glaister is definitely one to watch. This talented singer/songwriter is bringing a new dimension to the genres of soul and pop. At just 20 she has already been chosen to provide backing vocals for established singer Jane McDonald, and has been tipped by local celebrity Tim Healy as “the next Amy Winehouse”. The future for this young lady is undoubtedly bright as she continues to establish herself in the industry.
